Information Technology Career Ladder

A number of titles within the Information Technology Career Ladder are available for use campus-wide, but a few are typically reserved for use only within units reporting to the Vice President for Information Technology. The use of these restricted titles may also be appropriate under special circumstances for those units with clearly defined, unique, and campus-wide information technology missions, and are reviewed on a case by case basis by Classification and Compensation. These restricted use titles are identified with an asterisk (*) next to the Title Code in the tables below.
