GuidanceResources® by ComPsych offers a variety of services including consultations with clinicians for anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loss, life adjustments, relationship challenges, marital conflicts, etc. They also provide assistance with finding referrals for resources for things such as child and elder care, hiring movers or home repair contractors, locating pet care, etc. Also, they offer legal guidance for divorce, adoption, family law, wills, and trusts.

GuidanceResources® by ComPsych can be used free of charge as needed when you or your dependents are facing emotional, financial, legal or other concerns.

Living Well at Texas A&M regularly partners with GuidanceResources® by ComPsych (Employee Assistance Program) to provide virtual workshops on various topics.

Free Professional Support 

The GuidanceResources® by ComPsych also provides access to free professional support through a variety of services offered at no cost to all Texas A&M employees and their household family members including: 

  • Confidential Emotional Support: Five face-to-face counseling sessions per covered individual, per issue, per year to help deal with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loss, and life adjustment. 
  • Work-Life Solutions: Qualified referrals and resources for just about anything on your to-do list, such as finding child and elder care, hiring movers and contractors, pet care, and planning events. 
  • Legal Guidance: Attorneys for practical assistance with your most pressing legal issues such as divorce, adoption, wills, trusts, and more. Need representation? Get a free 30-minute consultation and a 25% reduction in fees. 
  • Financial Resources: Expert assistance with retirement planning, taxes, budgeting, debt, and more. 
  • Online Support: This program is available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist with virtually any issue.
