Learning & Performance

Employees are encouraged to pursue lifelong learning and expected to perform in their careers at Texas A&M University. Multiple opportunities are provided to employees to learn and develop, such as compliance training and professional enhancement courses, to help them perform well in their roles and advance in their careers.

Training Compliance

All Texas A&M University employees are required to take the courses identified in Texas A&M University System Regulation 33.05.02

Professional Enhancement Courses

Select courses from world-class companies, such as Crucial Learning and The Myers-Briggs Company, are made available to university employees by special offer.

Performance Management
