Benefits Open Enrollment Begins July 10
Beginning July 10, employees can log in and complete the open enrollment task via their Workday inbox. This is the only time employees can make changes to health or other insurance coverage, enroll in new benefit options or renew flexible spending accounts without having to demonstrate a qualifying life event.

Fall 2025 Part-Time Student Job Fair
The Fall 2025 Part-Time Student Job Fair is set for Wednesday, Aug. 27, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. in the MSC Bethancourt Ballroom. The event connects students with on- and off-campus employers offering part-time positions. Students are encouraged to bring resumes, dress in business casual attire (recommended), and be ready to discuss their fall class schedules. Employers can register for a $50 fee, which includes two parking passes, and are encouraged to join mailing lists for updates. Visit the job fair webpage for more information.

Growing Your Family?
Employees experiencing a qualifying life event can make the appropriate change to their benefits within 31 days. Be sure to submit all documentation and Workday actions to Benefit Services within this timeframe. Any other changes to insurance can be made during Open Enrollment in July. Newborns must be enrolled within 31 days of their birth.
