Personal and Employment Information
Faculty, staff and student employees should regularly review and update their personal and employment information contained in Workday. Your participation in keeping your information up-to-date assures that your information for the online A&M Directory, emergency contacts, and demographics for federal, state and university reporting compliance are accurate.
Instructions to Update Personal Information
Follow the step-by-step instructions in the Manage Your Personal Information job aid to manage personal information in Workday such as Gender, Date of Birth, Race/Ethnicity, Citizenship Status, and Nationality.
Instructions to Update Contact Information
Follow the step-by-step instructions in the Change My Contact Information job aid to update home and work contact information. Important Note: If you are a newly hired Employee, you should not update your contact information prior to completing your onboarding process through your Workday inbox tasks. Making changes prior to completing onboarding can create delays in processing your information in Workday.
Instructions to Update Mail Stop
To update your mail stop in Workday, type “Change My Other IDs” in the Workday search bar and select the task. In the Other IDs section of the screen, update the Identification # field that corresponds to the Mail Stop Other ID Type.
