Henry Judah
Interim Chief Human Resources Officer
Job Duties
- Provides strategic and operational guidance on human resource issues
- Promotes effective employee services and programs that foster an employment environment which builds a climate of excellence and engagement for all employees
- Leads initiatives and programs that create and foster a productive and inclusive environment in which university employees can work and thrive, with an emphasis on career ladder development, engagement, and employee development
- Fosters and maintain collaborations and partnerships between the division and faculty, staff and student representatives in teaching, training, mentoring, and development of all Texas A&M University employees

Stephen Schulze
Associate Vice President

- Advises and assists HROE Directors in accomplishing the functional responsibilities of HROE
- Collaborates across Texas A&M University to ensure HROE services and programs are aligned and integrated into the broader mission and vision of TAMU
- Evaluates outcomes to ensure performance standards are met and opportunities for improvement are realized
- Upholds and models the expectation of providing extraordinary service to others
About Me
My work puts me in contact with people of many backgrounds and experiences and I enjoy listening and learning from them. I also enjoy weekend farming and ranching activities on our family farm.

- Counsels academic and administrative departments
- Advises on the application of TAMU rules, SAPs, and statutory obligations under state and federal labor and employment laws

- Mediates and provides creative solutions to difficult employment situations
- Disciplinary matters at TAMU; investigate staff grievances and complaints
- Workers' Compensation Claims, Open Records Requests, Unemployment Claims, Return to Work Program, Policy Review and Implementation, & Reduction in Force
About Me
I am an attorney admitted to practice law in both Texas and New York. The two things I love about my job/ Employee Relations is it is never boring and its unpredictability. I'm an avid Texas A&M and Boston College sports fan!

Sarah Franke
Director of Staff Advocacy & Support
Job Duties
- Serves as a dedicated advocate for staff members, actively listening to their needs, concerns, and experiences.
- Provides a neutral, confidential, and independent service to staff seeking conflict resolution. Services provided include consultation, referrals, explanations of policies and procedures, review of applicable resolution methods, mediation, and other services.
- Collaborates regularly with campus leadership, HROE, University Staff Council, and other employee resource groups. Meets regularly with the University President and Vice President of HROE to keep them apprised of trending staff concerns and successes.
- Tracks trends and patterns in conflicts to identify systemic issues or gaps and propose policy and process improvement based on these observed patterns. Generates aggregated and de-identified annual reports to share with senior University leadership.
