About the HRL Network

HROE supports the HR Liaison Network by providing foundational and functional area training. Through triannual HR Liaison Network meetings and weekly HR Liaison Network News email newsletters, HROE provides guidance on laws, regulations, policies and procedures and established processes/resources to assist HR Liaisons in performing their duties. In addition, we share the latest information related to national and state level HR trends as well as HR news. HROE is here to help HR Liaisons anticipate and resolve HR issues, identify HR services in support of their organization’s goals, and provide subject-matter expertise when called upon.

The HR Liaison Network is managed by the HR Liaison Administrator who serves as a link between HROE functional units and HR Liaisons. In addition, the HR Liaison Administrator oversees membership in the network, establishes training curriculum requirements, monitors training assignments and completions, and serves as a resource for all network members.
