FY20 Merit, Compensation and Job Change Action Resources

The merit process in Workday will initiate on July 22 and will launch on July 29. Merit resources such as presentations, job aids and reports may be found at “Workday Help” in your Single Sign On (SSO) menu. For questions about the merit process, email merit@tamu.edu.

Others resources such as creating a new position and reclassifying an existing position may be found on the Job Changes webpage. FY20 Sample Salary Memos 
HROE advises all departments/units to provide non-faculty employees with an individualized salary memo for the new fiscal year once pay rates are finalized and confirmed. With the exception of indicating multiple types of increases (when applicable) and adding in comments of appreciation, HROE advises departments/units against making other changes to the language in these templates.
