TAMU Student Internship Program
Human Resources,
in cooperation with the Office
of Student Financial Aid and the Career
Center has developed the TAMU Student Internship Program to
benefit both students and staff.
The program has the following objectives:

Create employment opportunities that enable students to gain professional-level
experience while obtaining their education.

Implement a set of titles that will appropriately reflect the level
of work experience that students will obtain through this program.

Increase the number of qualified applicants for professional TAMU
positions by providing students with relevant professional experience
that can be used to qualify for such positions after graduation.

Support the diversity initiatives of TAMU by recruiting for the
Internship Program from a diverse student population.
