NOTICE: To better serve our customers and improve our business processes, Employee Relations (ER) and Policy & Practice Review (PPR) have merged into a new department named Organizational Consulting & Resolution Management (OCRM). OCRM responds on behalf of the university to issues involving:

- Formal Complaint and Appeals Process
- Equal Employment Opportunity
- Unemployment Compensation
- Reduction in Force
We also formulate, revise, and interpret policies, regulations, rules, and standard administrative procedures under the authority of the Chief Business Officer for university departments.
