SUMMARY
General Description: Operates and maintains audiovisual equipment.
DUTIES
Typical: Assists in the operation and maintenance of closed-circuit television and audiovisual equipment; instructs faculty, staff, and students in operation and utilization of audiovisual equipment and systems; installs and tests new equipment; performs equipment maintenance or arranges for outside assistance; establishes a stock of repair parts and supplies; performs related duties as required.
SUPERVISION
Received: General instruction and periodic review from administrative supervisor.
Given: Occasional instruction to students or assistants.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required: High school graduation or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Two years in the operation and maintenance of audiovisual and computer equipment.
