SUMMARY
General Description: Provides advanced skills in delivering customer support to a service area.
DUTIES
Typical: Greets customers and responds to more difficult customer inquiries and complaints; explains and applies policies and procedures; investigates and researches customer complaints and participates in resolving problems; assists in the development of office procedures; helps train and advise other support personnel; compiles data to prepare correspondence, forms, reports or other documents; receives and processes requests for service; may admit and discharge patients; schedules patients or service requests; adds, verifies, retrieves and changes customer or order information; acts as a liaison between service area and other units; enters billing charges and may accept payments; performs related duties as required.

Received: General instruction and periodic review from administrative supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required: High school graduation or any equivalent combination of training and experience Three years in general office or clerical work.
