This page contains information for guidance on developing and conducting performance evaluations for Texas A&M University non-faculty employees. Evaluations should be completed March 1 - May 31 to reflect employee performance from April 1, 2007- March 31, 2008.

Merit Increases Criteria and Performance Expectations

TAMU employees may receive a merit raise based on performance that is rated at the level of “meets expectations” or higher overall rating. Historically, the rating must have been at the level of “exceeds expectations” or higher overall rating. This information supersedes the criteria used for awarding annual merit increases in the past.
