Payroll Reports Online
Departments now have the ability to access their payroll reports electronically.
The Division of Finance Document Imaging Project has enabled TAMU departments to retrieve their payroll reports online by logging into the Division of Finance Document Imaging System and selecting the desired report. The Payroll Preparation Report (PPR), Budget Verification Document (BVD), Payroll Voucher Detail (PVD) and the Electronic Notification report can now be viewed and/or printed at the department's convenience. By choosing this option, departments can access the reports they need sooner than the current distribution method.
To sign up for this option, complete the Form IMG-200 Departmental Imaging Access Request - Payroll Reports and send to Payroll Services, mail stop 1261.
