Online Position Description Services
The Online Employment, Position Description and Performance Evaluation System gives departments the ability to create, store and update staff position descriptions in a paperless environment. Hiring supervisors and HR liaisons use the system to establish new positions, reclassify existing budgeted positions and route such requests electronically. Employees with existing accounts can log in to the system using Single Sign On (SSO) to view their own position description, update it with direct supervisor approval, and certify the accuracy of their position description.

Periodically there are changes to the system that require special communication to HR Liaisons, hiring supervisors or other system users. Detail on changes to the system that have been communicated in the past year will be listed in this section.
