Employee Relations Information

The Employee Relations Office (ER) assists employees with work-related concerns, provides progressive discipline, policy, and termination guidance and review, PPM training and support, supervisory/management training, and consultation to supervisors and managers.

• Training: ER subject matter specialists conduct training classes related to discipline, harassment, other work-related issues, other subjects of interest to employees and supervisors, and special request topics.
