Understanding Work and Leadership Styles

Overview:

(Prerequisite: Introduction to Leadership) This course will focus on different theories and perspectives on work and leadership styles. The participants will explore how differences in individual styles affect how one leads and responds to others. A self-assessment tool will be used to help attendees explore their own style. This course is available only to individuals enrolled in the Professional Leadership Program.
