Leadership and Innovation

Formerly titled "Transfer of Technology: Training Your Employees".

Overview:

(Prerequisite: Understanding Work and Leadership Styles) Participants in this workshop will be introduced to techniques that will help them train their employees. Focus will be on the role of supervisors in employee training, ways to communicate and teach new jobs skills or techniques, and understanding how different learning styles and environments will influence one's ability to learn and apply information. Planning techniques and barriers to learning will also be covered. This course is available only to individuals enrolled in the Professional Leadership Program.
