Mosaic
Overview:
This workshop introduces concepts of culture, cultural filters, cultural self- awareness,
attentive listening skills and the effects of stereotyping, to individuals who have few opportunities
to explore diversity. The workshop ends with a reflective personal inventory of things each person can
do to promote an inclusive working environment. This course is recommended for individuals who may be
approaching concepts of diversity for the first time
(3 hrs) offered 4-5 times per year
