Introduction to Conflict Management
Overview:
This workshop gives participants the opportunity to learn 1) the benefits of engaging in conflict, 2)common myths and stereotypes about conflict, 3) how conflict impacts the workplace setting, 4) their own conflict resolution style, and 5) how to identity conflict resolution styles in others. There is a $9.50 charge per attendee to cover the cost of the assessment instrument used in this workshop.
