Overview:
Learn how to let go, provide opportunities for growth to your employees, and give yourself more
time to work on other important tasks. Skillful delegation can help you do this. This workshop uses several learning techniques to explore delegation as a key skill practiced by the effective supervisor. Information is provided
on "when, how, and to whom" to delegate an assignment.
