Dealing with Difficult Behavior

Overview:

This workshop provides information on a continuum of human behaviors. The workshop explores why some people may display difficult behaviors and how we can constructively respond. Topics will include how to develop increased assertiveness in dealing with others, steps involved in responding to difficult workplace behaviors, and how to respond to six types of difficult behavior patterns. The workshop will also provide an opportunity to enhance self-awareness about one's own behavior.
