Communication Skills for Leaders

Overview:

Provides an opportunity for supervisors to identify, discuss, and practice various communication strategies. This class contains discussion and exercises, which facilitate the practice of effective two-way face to face communication. For the purpose of practice and feedback, participants will be videotaped during the workshop.
