Overview:
This workshop is designed for supervisors and managers who need to investigate employee
complaints and/or allegations of workplace misconduct. The course provides guidance on how to obtain
the information needed to take appropriate action without violating employee privacy rights on issues
such as sexual harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, and theft.
