This certificate program focuses on how the behavior of managers and supervisors is impacted by laws, policies, regulations, rules and procedures. This program is designed for supervisory and management personnel. However, any TAMU employee interested in learning more about the interaction of laws and policy with management practices may enroll in the program.
How do I enroll in the Principles of Supervision and Management Program (PSM)? You can enroll in the PSM by completing the PSM Online Orientation and submitting the required information to the Center for Employee Education. How do I complete the PSM? Once you have completed all the required courses in the PSM, you should submit the PSM Verification Form to the Center for Employee Education and we will register you for the PSM Capstone.
