Personal Development Program (PDP)

This program is designed to help employees develop better self-leadership skills and improve their overall professional effectiveness. The participant will have the opportunity to attend 30 hours of instruction, which includes interactive discussions and a chance for networking. Participants will earn up to three Continuing Education Units (CEU's) which may help them satisfy their Professional Development Plan. Participants have an opportunity to optimize their effectiveness and ultimately improve the efficiency of their department.

How do I enroll in the Personal Development Program (PDP)?

You can enroll in the PDP by completing the PDP Online Orientation and submitting the required information to the Center for Employee Education. Viewing the Online Orientation does not obligate you to enroll in the program. View PDP Online Orientation Workshop

  10. Capstone Course for PDP

How do I complete the PDP?
Once you have completed the required courses in the PDP, you should submit the PDP Verification Form to the Center for Employee Education and we will register you for the PDP Capstone. The PDP Verification Form provides instructions on how to submit the needed information.
