Interpersonal Dimensions of Management (IDM)

An Advanced Certificate Program for Managers and Supervisors

This certificate program provides a unique, tailored training to help supervisors diffuse problem behaviors and lead employees through difficult times while maintaining productivity of the work group and individual employees. Supervisors who have completed a leadership program or have 5 years' supervisory experience are eligible.

How do I enroll in Interpersonal Dimensions of Management (IDM)?

You can enroll in the IDM by completing the IDM online orientation and submitting the required information to the Employee Development Office. Viewing the Online Orientation DOES NOT obligate you to enroll in the program.

  8. ADA: Americans with Disabilities Act
  9. FMLA: Family Medical Leave Act

How do I complete the IDM program?

Upon finishing all required workshops, submit a copy of the completed verification form to the Center for Employee Education. Once we have received the form and verified your attendance at all of the courses, you will receive your certificate of completion. View and download Verification Form.
