Employer Responsibilities under The Family and Medical Leave Act
Employees must be provided written notice when leave taken for a qualifying condition will be documented as FMLA leave
TAMU is responsible for documenting FMLA leave appropriately, regardless of whether or not the employee requested such leave under the FMLA
TAMU should provide FMLA information to employees;

to place in your break room or other prominent work location
