How to view current benefits coverage in iBenefits
  1. Log in to Single Sign On (SSO)
  2. Choose iBenefits option from SSO menu
  3. Click on the "View Your Current Benefits" link under iBenefits Information
How to update beneficiaries for insurance plans in iBenefits
  1. Log in to Single Sign On (SSO)
  2. Choose iBenefits option from SSO menu
  3. Click on the "View/Edit Your Beneficiaries" link
  4. The Beneficiary System reflects a tab for each of the benefit coverages that you are currently enrolled in for which a beneficiary should be designated. Click on the appropriate insurance coverage type (basic life, optional life, accidental death & dismemberment)
  5. Click on Add Beneficiary, Edit or Delete to make changes as needed
  6. Use the green Save button to record your changes under each section

Note: Changing your beneficiaries through iBenefits does not impact your retirement plan(s) beneficiaries. If a change is needed for your retirement account, you must follow the process specified by TRS or your retirement vendor.

How to update personal contact information in HRConnect
  1. Log in to Single Sign On (SSO)
  2. Choose HRConnect option from SSO menu
  3. Select the "My Personal Data" tab at the top, then select "My Contact Info"
  4. Use the Update Information button located at the bottom
  5. Enter appropriate changes and use the green "Save Changes" button to record your changes
How to view archived benefit documents in HRConnect
  1. Log in to Single Sign On (SSO)
  2. Choose HRConnect option from SSO menu
  3. Select the "My Benefits" tab at the top, then select "Insurance Docs"
  4. Scroll to the section titled "My Insurance Documents"
How to obtain insurance plan and carrier contact information in HRConnect
  1. Log in to Single Sign On (SSO)
  2. Choose HRConnect option from SSO menu
  3. Select the "My Benefits" tab at the top, then select "More Information"
  4. Click on the "Employee/Retiree Benefits Provider Contact Information" link
