The Project Management unit is responsible for development, administration, and implementation of special
projects relating to strategic and operational initiatives and administering campus-wide initiatives,
such as staff workplace surveys and comprehensive review of recognition programs.

- Research legislative issues and laws relating to HR functions
- Research and report development for effectiveness of program and service delivery
