Policy and Practice Review

Howdy! Welcome to the Policy and Practice Review Department within Employee Services.

We formulate, revise, and interpret Employee Services related policies, regulations, rules, and standard administrative procedures in support of Texas A&M University. We also maintain an online Employee Services Management Knowledge Center to provide just-in-time information to supervisors and managers of Texas A&M. P&PR also responds on behalf of the university to issues involving Americans with Disabilities Act, Unemployment Compensation Insurance, Reductions In Force, Formal Complaint and Appeals, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges.
