Employee Services’ existing Employee Development unit and the CIS Training Center have merged to form the Center for Employee Education at Texas A&M. Offices and training labs are located in the General Services Complex (GSC) on west campus. A key outcome of the organizational change will be an increased use of technology in staff employee learning, both in classroom settings and online.
The Center for Employee Education is responsible for a variety of workshops, programs, and services
designed to enhance personal/professional growth for employees. We also provide information for job
performance evaluation processes for staff members at Texas A&M University.
