The Compliance and Data Management unit collaborates with program
managers in Employee Services to develop centralized compliance
mechanisms on critical human resources functions. We provide training
and resources to Employee Services Liaisons to assure delivery of
quality HR services within their departments and to assure compliance
with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We also provide data,
statistics, and reports in support of a variety of Employee Services
functions and new initiatives.
